mango mousse~~ i had 3! hehe...



mango mousse, rum chocolate with mandarin orange, and milk flan... really surprise at how well chocolate mix with mandarin orange, yum!



apple mousse and strawberry mousse...

queen scallop and medium-cooked tuna with wasabi sauce...

and also many many other dishes like fried pineapple rice, braised crispy duck drumstick, potato soup, cooked salmon, sweet and sour pork... tempura, oysters, crab, mussels, mini lobsters, prawns, crayfish, whole cheese, dessert bar, waffle, ice cream, cakes...

many many many...

its just much much more international than the one at Furama lor!
