stayed at home whole day to cook hashima...

not that difficult to cook...
just that de preparation process is a chore...

i just spend my whole late afternoon picking up de dirts in the hashima...

how to cook hashima dessert:
- put hot boiling water in the electric cooker
- put red dates, dried longan, pandan leaves and rock sugar in the water
- when the sweet smelling of the boiled soup reached out, put in the hashima
- boiled for 4 hrs, ready to serve

personally, i love to serve it cool~
